The core is solid,
The soul is strong,
The brain is quick
But something’s wrong.
Every machine needs an occasional boost.
The energy it requires is no kind of food,
But a feeling, a gesture, even a soft touch.
This is the energy required to continue to run.
But what is to happen when the supplies are not found?
Is the machine to keep going, but eventually drown?
This is the question which causes me trouble.
