So, I’ve been sick this past week, so I didn’t train… much. I trained today. Man, what a workout. It was pretty sweet though. 110 minute bike followed by a 25 minute run. The run was more difficult than the bike; my feet were frozen, some weird calf muscle/tendon was hurting, and my legs were used to going in a cyclic motion, not a running one. But still, it was cool.
